If you think of it as software rather than a service, you will do much better. It's a topnotch bitcoin utility.

Really your own fault if you didn't back up your wallet. when you use a desktop client, you lose your wallet, do you blame the developers?

Besides the few times its SMTP server is clogged up and doesn't send confirmation code emails! Other than that... never any issues. i love it!

They e-mail you your wallet every time there is a change, they sync it to dropbox, and they even give you a short URL reminder so you don't have to remember all the numbers, etc. What else do you need? They make it pretty much idiot proof.

Last month I cannot open my wallet on blochchain.info,and piuk says If I open a ticket at https://blockchain.zendesk.com/ he can send you the last 50 wallet backups .
