True! Be very careful as OP is a newbie and he has nothing to loose in the forum. Also you will not be covered under paypal's charge back protection. Better you take the funds first and withdraw it to your bank account. Then send the bitcoin as agreed.

OP, be very careful dealing with PayPal on this forum, because it seems to be the preferred method of scamming here through chargebacks, and PayPal doesn't allow (to the best of my knowledge) crypto purchases. At least you won't be protected in any way against a chargeback. Always check people's feedback, and even then nothing's certain. Good luck.
