I took it to mean he wouldn't pay until he had control of the account, I would assume a changed password and a confirmation from payb.tc that the payout address is changed would be enough
But at the moment there is a default risk, as everybody knows...

or they wouldnt be buying up bitcoin max accounts from people who are panicing......

So what your saying is that you want to buy a bitcoin max account worth more than 150BTC for your BTC, but only after you are sure that the account will pay?

If I had a bitcoin max account with 300BTC in it and and I wanted to sell it, I wouldnt sell it for less than 300BTC AFTER I knew that the funds could/would/had been drawn out.
Or maybe your google translate is broken and has completely butchered the meaning of your proposition.
