Risks exist when you are negligent or if you are not careful. There is no risk if you use a reputable listed escrow. Some scammers know this and they will try to trick you into believing that they contacted escrow and negotiated the deal. They will send you a copy/paste of the escrow instructions and chat conversations with escrow. Within the chat is the escrow’s bitcoin address (edited to show the scammer's bitcoin address instead). All fake. Photoshopped screenshots and edited messages. The solution is to directly verify the deal with the escrow. Send a PM to the escrow to confirm the agreement and the escrow’s bitcoin address.

Always use a reputable escrow from the official escrow list. Always. Be careful when you are offered more favorable trade terms than the rate you originally offered but on the condition that no escrow is used. Scammers will try to make you comfortable by suggesting splitting the transaction into smaller amounts. If they know they can’t steal your $3900 they will do and say anything to get a lower amount. Some will even offer to start with $100 to put you at ease. If you fall for that, you will realize it’s a scam when you see no bitcoins in your wallet but the scammer is happy with the hundred bucks which, for some of these lowlife scum, is worth a month of backbreaking work wages. So be on your toes and stay alert when trading.

Another risk factor to be aware of is outright deception. The deal is done and bitcoins are escrowed but days later the scammer will say their bank blocked the money or no money arrived or the bank marked Skrill as a blacklisted originator account... they will say anything to stall the release of bitcoins and possibly even retrieve the coins from escrow. They will concoct fake bank statements or photoshop the screenshots of their bank balances and transactions to show no money arrived. If this happens, contact Skrill and request that they do a SWIFT trace of the transfer (you will need the scammer’s bank details). When the scammer knows you are one tough nut to crack and you know your way around these things, some will continue to fight your tenacity and blow up the drama further but then they will have realized that they stand no chance of cheating you.

About skrill return politics - I not know how it work too. Will glad hear it form someone who know and can say how make it safer for buyer.

About 1:1, I receive PM very fast and I think peoples have interest to this deal. Also as I say waiting for me not a problem.
When I will send skrill - I will loose 1,45% or 1,90% on skrill, also sending BTC to escrow and after to me will cost some money too.
Everytime when we want receive or send money with any system - we loose something. People who need skrill pay something when deposit it. If someone want sell BTC for skrill on lockalbitcoin - he see now rate 13000-18545, and if want buy BTC for skrill - see 34198 - 20044 and amounts are limited! I think in this case make 1:1 it very good for both sides! For me it not commertion...

That sounds like a reasonable and fair proposal. However I'm not familiar with Skrill's post-withdrawal chargeback policies. Some have reported seeing the withdrawal reversed days or weeks later.

But this seems like a fair suggestion. If you are willing to wait until the money is withdrawn, then this looks like a fair and safe offer.

And since you agree to escrow holding the bitcoins while the Skrill funds are transferred, paid and withdrawn, you might soon get offers here.

However I'm still not sure if anyone will accept your 1:1 Preev rate.

How it work on skrill? Possible return any money what was sended in any time?
I not know how work escrow in details, but I can wait, for me not a principial receive money immedately.
Maybe possibble do like this?:
1) Buyer send BTC to escrow.
2) Escrow confirm receiving and I send skrill to buyer.
3) We wait some time for buyer withdraw money from skrill.
4) After buyer say OK or time is done - escrow send me BTC.
 

Mostly you won't have sellers since you're a newbie because skrill is reversible.
If you can do any other payment i'll be more than happy to go for it.

About big amount, yes, but I say it only for show deal potential because ask 1:1. Of course it not mean what I want change this amount only at once. I can make it by parts.
I see what on lockalbitcoins peoples ask passport or selfie when use skrill, it not problem for me too for trusted buyers.
Also you must know what skrill check very very careful from where this money and block accounts immedately if money is criminal. All checking on skrill like address, passport, selfie was done.

Interesting how you give 2 unacceptable options. One of which is you either receive first (you have the nerve to demand this after signing up for this new account!) or use escrow with 0% fees (knowing fully well escrow usually requires a fee).

Before something like this can proceed, anyone interested in doing this should first think and examine if Skrill is reversible (yes it is, just giving you ideas to work on and carefully think about!). What is the source of these $3900? It's a lot of money and I'm still shaking my head as I type this after reading your "i receive first" terms.

Using escrow is very good and you should reconsider that option about making it difficult for anyone here to sell you bitcoins. The fact that you are attaching a no-fee condition to the escrow element of this transaction is an indication that you want to make it as difficult as possible for anyone taking up this offer to consider that option. It's like you want to indirectly say send me the coins FIRST or nothing's happening!
