Total time logged in: 13 days, 52 minutes.
13 Days of my life I'll never get back
Once you reach 5 posts+4 hours online, it can take up to an hour for you to be able to post outside the Newbies section and get changed to "Junior Member." Yet another failing of the SMF software.
Actually it's only 4 hours 
It is unbelievable that such simple thing as notification with 3 basic rules isn't better organized.
(And his 10th limit is just great; all that time I spent on these forums until I decided to post doesn't count).
