Whats the difference between a reload card and a normal transfer through paypal? Wouldn't it also be reversible? If thats the case, you should try some place else for exchanging your funds, as its very risky for anyone selling btc for paypal, as it can be chargedback .A Paypal reload card is just like a debit card, to which funds can be loaded on to, using your paypal account.
