Hardware wallet usually doesn't have feature to import wallet.dat, private key or other similar format (such as seed words and xprv).

Do you still have the password of your wallet.dat file? You won't be able to export private keys from wallet.dat if you don't have a password unless if it's not encrypted.

And if you're not sure, you could try it on console (you can open it by select Window -> Console or press Ctrl-T on Bitcoin Core) and run this command. If there's no error message, that means you still have the password.

Code:
walletpassphrase "your_password" 10

P.S. please backup your wallet.dat files before doing anything else.

BTC price road to $80k
Hardware wallet doesn't support wallet.dat file if you want to use a hardware wallet what you can only do is to transfer all your funds from wallet.dat to your hardware wallet.

I would suggest you install a bitcoin core and import the wallet.dat file then export private keys.
After that install Electrum and import all private keys and then send all of your BTC to your hardware wallet.

Do you still have the password of your wallet.dat file? You won't be able to export private keys from wallet.dat if you don't have a password unless if it's not encrypted.

Adding this https://github.com/jackjack-jj/pywallet
You could use it to dump wallet of your wallet.dat file without downloading Bitcoin core just make sure that you have passphrase/password of that wallet.dat file.
