I have a TREZOR Cold wallet which bitpay doesnt integrate with, so the only way to complete the transaction was through ELECTRUM. I completed the transaction.
Which option did you use in Electrum when creating your wallet?

Did you "create a new seed", did you use your TREZOR seed with "I already have a seed" or did you select the "use a hardware device" option? Huh

If you selected "create a new seed" and then sent funds from Trezor to Electrum (or used your Trezor seed with the "I already have a seed" option) and then transferred the money to Bitpay... then it's highly likely that your Electrum wallet has been compromised...

If you selected the "use a hardware device" option, and used your Trezor device through Electrum, then I would think that it is very unlikely that your wallet has been compromised.

I am confused if Bitpay invoices is possible to complete from some other wallet.
You can use any BIP70 compatible wallet. Refer: https://support.bitpay.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005701523-Which-wallets-work-for-a-BitPay-payment-Which-wallets-are-compatible-

It's possible that the rest of your bitcoin just moved a change wallet.  Check your transaction on a blockchain explorer to find the address to which your coins moved.  If the coins haven't moved again, it's likely that Electrum sent your coins to another address withing your HD wallet.

Did you followed these steps when you setup your Electrum: support.bitpay.com/~?
If you haven't and added extra steps like pasting your Trezor's SEED to Electrum, you might have followed a malicious tutorial.

Did you also remember what was written in the "amount" tab of the invoice? (bottom part of the send tab).
There might be something fishy with the invoice that they've sent you.

Because if your Trezor is legit, there's no easy way to hack it unless you've leaked the SEED or credited a "send-all" transaction.

The reply above was right, please add more details so that we can help you.
It would be better if you show it here your Electrum wallet address and we will trace every transaction had or even the transaction ID for the fast tracing the transaction. I have a doubt now that you are installing a phishing Electrum wallet which is causing loss of your bitcoin.

Read the payment protocol of Bitpay to understand them more.

I am confused if Bitpay invoices is possible to complete from some other wallet. I used it once a time, when submit for payment it was redirect to Bitpay apps directly and I were send fund from there.

Can you please share transaction id? Did company received your payment? Check to how may address fund were sent. Who know if your remaining fund into change address, but it should visible your wallet. Had you been asked for update electrum during transaction? Or you were used latest version? If you updated from popups then likely you got hacked. There was phishing attacked on old version of electrum. Please share more details.

Hello,
I am hoping someone can help me here. I owed my hosting company for a monthly invoice. They sent a BitPay invoice. I have a TREZOR Cold wallet which bitpay doesnt integrate with, so the only way to complete the transaction was through ELECTRUM. I completed the transaction. This was the end of september. Every input (Confirmed reward) I have received since has  been debited from my account. I have zero bitcoin now. Have I been hacked? Can anyone possibly assist and help me  understand whats happening?

Very Grateful.

Thanks!
