Immigration + North Korea + Blockchain in one sentence? Wow

I'm sorry but I don't think that idea of yours could materialize. As @eternalgloom has pointed out, you need to go to a lot of legal procedures here. As funny as it sound, I really don't trust North Korea with regards to immigration, so I'm saying it won't get any traction, IMHO. Sorry.

What's the point of a new "United Korea" altcoin? Can't they just adopt bitcoin?
Do you know how hard and expensive it is to create a new altcoin? What blockchain code are you going to use? What will be the proof-of-work?
This is not even an idea. It's just a suggestion.Do you have a plan,or you are going "let's create a currency,I don't have experience, knowledge, capital and I don't know what to do,but please help me for free"?
And this "don't copy my idea" thing?Really? What idea? Can you patent this "genius" idea?I don't think so.

International sanctions against North Korea would still apply, I think. Even if you start this new cryptocurrency to facilitate trade between the two countries, you'd probably have a lot of legal issues to deal with.

I just don't really believe in this idea, I mean do you have any sort of start up capital yourself? Do you have any experience with developing a cryptocurrency?
Lastly, I think it's just an overall bad idea to go and mess with these sorts of geopolitical situations yourself.

Please do not steal or copy my ideas.

I wouldn't worry about that happening any time soon. Besides, if you don't want your ideas to get stolen, maybe not post them in different online communities.

There was a strong perception that the existing bitcoin was money. Of course, it is now recognized by the majority of people in Korea as virtual money or encrypted money. This may not be the case only in Korea. To more efficiently and centralize the existing functions of general currency, Satoshi proposed the idea of bitcoin, and since then Vitalik even developed smart contact technology to create Etherium. Currently, there are people who have their own ideas and technologes in the order of third-generation coins, or fourth-generation coins. However, the reality is that there are also too many projects to force the integration of blockchain technology , especially for only fund rasing, with countless ICOs and projects. It makes public (investors)' get disappointment and disillusionment. Of course, there are parts of the blockchain industry that are currently losing its wings due to vested interests, fears of new technologies in politics, fears over anxiety, and conservative views. However, I think we need to go back to basics. Bitcoin, created to escape the harmful effects of the centralized currency, the Etherium that opened up a new route as an investment through smart contacts, and countless coins trying to speed up the future.

What I would suggest in this article is Reuion Korea Crypto Currency. Currently, South Korea is working hard to improve irrigation with North Korea. This may be a huge variable for the U.S., the world's strongest, but I am positive about the situation. In a recent press interview, Jim Rogers, chairman of Rogers Holdings, said, "I want to invest all my assets in North Korea." However, problems arise from here. If there is a situation where inter-Korean relations develop positively and can be invested in North Korea, how will the investment be made? North Korea has its own currency, and investment will be made with the mostly U.S. dollar(USD) or the Korean won(KRW). Of course, the exchange rate would be appropriate because there is a North Korean bank, but the fees would never be ignored because it would have to accept all the currencies of the world and the amount of the investment would be literally a huge sum. Is the present currency appropriate to perform its function?

The aforementioned decentralized currency, the money that has the function of investment, and the money that has the important role of fast money are the cryptographic currency. But I have this idea, but I don't have technology or capital. So I make a public request at Reddit. I hope that those with the same thoughts as me who really think the Reunion Korea Crypto Currency really needs it, those who want to invest in the upcoming South and North Korea, those who have blockchain technology or capital but who need some ideas, are interested in my thoughts, please contact me.

To put it simply, I am a Korean and firmly believe that blockchain & cryptocurrency will bring great changes to the world in the future. I believe in Reddit community. Please do not steal or copy my ideas. I'd like to go ahead with this absolutely necessary project. Please be sure to contact someone who can help me, someone who can support me, and anyone who wants to be with me. I will leave my email address and contact number here. Please understand that my sentences are not smooth becuase of using Google Translator.
