Betking has many issues but this is not one of them. They offer 2FA on all accounts, this should ALWAYS be taken advantage of.

What issues do you mean? I do not think that they really facing big issues, instead, they are being fine with their site and players too. Are you mistaken this site for others? Or are you take what JollyGood saying for their issues with the bankroll thing? Last time I played on their dice game and everything is so smooth, up till this day I never heard they are facing with issues

Many issues? What are they? Did you experience the issues by yourself or it is only based on what you hear/read? I'm not a fan of Betking but I used to play there when they had poker game. I have not experienced any issues on almost everything (deposit, withdrawal, play, account, etc).

Hacker who hacked your account would be cursing on his luck after seeing your Bankroll, Smiley

I think you left the computer on and slept and someone hacked your account, it may be that you downloaded some exe and then it got hacked and hacker used your computer when you went sleep.

that is why you should take care of security seriously and always logout and dont download any unwanted  files.

I agree with what other is saying here. It's not Betking.io fault at all, maybe there's some kind of leaked emails out there and unfortunately the hacker was able to brute force your password. Betking.io has suggested steps you needed to secure your account so I suggest you do it today. I know how you feel but you can't do anything about it by learn from your mistakes.

check out this thread https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/potential-gambling-site-leak-5053639
sometimes hackers can steal the info about users in some gambling sites , so if you are using the same password for all the sites without having 2FA then you can easily lose your balance
betking won't even think about stealing your 2.5 mbtc , it's your fault

Yesterday I registered at betking.io and I recharged 2 mbtc to start, which I lost, recharge 2.5 mbtc more to bet today, but I was tired and decided to go to sleep. Today in the morning I open my account hoping to find the 2.5 mbtc recharge to bet on football, but I find that there was 0.000008 btc or something, check my bets and there was only the one that I did yesterday, my 2.5mbtc or had not been accredited or had vanished. Then I check the history of a game called "Crash" and I see that it was lost there, I check my mail and I see that there was a login from an unknown ip at 3 am (I went to sleep at 11pm yesterday) . As it is possible that someone has entered my account, I just registered, I never had something like this, in the support they tell me that I lost that money  Angry

if I were you I would check your system for Trojan horses and/or viruses
I highly doubt that you were using a 123456 password or something similar, but , just in case
make sure your passes are at least 12 symbols long and cannot be bruteforced by a simple vocabulary attack
sometimes if a hacker knows your email and the sites you are frequenting, they can break into your account and steal money
or as in your case- lose it trying to get to the min withdrawal
this is a pretty inexpensive lesson on security, make sure you learn it and take it seriously
also don't think Betking has anything to do with it, unless they love to risk reputation for 15$ or suffer from a severe case of kleptomania  Cheesy
from their point of view, someone (possibly you) logged form a different IP and wagered the money, that is all they can see from the logs

Sorry for your loss but this is not the fault of BetKing

We provide you with security tools to make sure things like this do not happen.
You should add 2fa to your account.
You can whitelist ip's so that only your computer can log in.

You can whitelist addresses to withdraw to so that no one can withdraw your coins.

You should also use strong unique passwords not used on any other sites.

We cannot refund the bet as otherwise everyone would just claim that it was not them who bet or that someone stole money from them. We and other casinos get that a lot and almost every single time it is someone looking to try and get a free refund after losing their bets.

Can't blame the casino for this, since they have 2FA option as far as i know. It's your own responsibility to protect your account by using the security settings they provide. Let this be a lesson; and be happy that it wasn't very much you've lost.

Sorry for your loses and I hope that you learn something about your mistakes and next time make sure to use 3rd layer security to protect your account and don't forget to use a 2fa authentication to secure the account.

Also, don't forget to use a unique password for every website because there are many phishing websites out there.

If you play at the publicly proven BetKing scam it is basically your own fault!

Scam artist Dean Nolan also do not pay the Bustabit license fee for the crash game www.bustabit.com/license.txt

For future reference, here is a Warnings list!

Sad to hear out such loss but Betking isnt liable with such issue yet someone do able to access on your own account and as a user its our responsibility to secure out log-in details. As you have
said you had just registered and someone do access your account and make a bet and loss it into a game. This is unusual actually but i suspect that you might have keylogger on your own pc.
