it did not automatically decide, i don't think, not with bitcoin.cz. i have some serious hardware

Over at https://mining.bitcoin.cz/accounts/profile/ the following image is my statistics after running for about a minute or so. Can someone please explain what the following statistics mean?

Mhash/s*: Means This: ?
Stratum: Means This: ?
Suggested Difficulty: Means This: ?
