Bitpay say me today they dont do anything but its not me too ! Because i cant see the balance for answer to your question yes i ave an antivirus and at same time i received the mail from Bitpay i see the transaction really big coincidence...
The transaction of 0.02941 btc was made by support for sure because only support can see my balance at this moment
It's possible your computer might have had a virus on it though so someone else could have gotten access to it. Do you have antivirus running?
Did you share the key with them or did they already have a copy of it? If you shared it by email, someone could've hacked that. What were you doing when the transaction was sent was it much later than when you tried putting it on the site or was it a similar time.

Plus, your screenshot's recent transaction's timestap is kinda weird (the upper-most received transaction's date is June19).
This is a big red flag IMO.

He did import the wallet when the others recommended him to do so in an attempt to recheck the funds if it was still there. I have imported the wallet to another device with the 12 word but ithe problem is same i have also clear the cache and history but nothing change.
Another question I would like to add is which wallet did you use to import your address? Was it still Bitpay or different wallet ? because the transaction was created one hour later.

I don't think this is one of your wallet addresses. AFAIK, bitpay doesn't support SegWit.The question is why did they send your coins to this address!!

The last sentence of my post comes with a link to Bitpay's support page with step-by-step guide on how to get the xprv key to be able to import the private keys to another wallet with import master private key option (ex. If Bitpay's "12-word passphrase backup" is BIP39 SEED, you can directly import it to any wallet that supports BIP39 SEED to be able to spend that address' missing balance.
Use it as the last resort; for now, focus on restoring the balance of your Bitpay wallet natively.
Clearing the cache didn't worked, have you tried to let it open for a couple of minutes? (in case of internet connection issues)

Tx1 was spent from the change of Tx2 which completely spend your 0.0363btc deposit.
The issue is the other "recus" in history with a value of 0.0296BTC that was missing in the total balance.
You can check the transaction ID yourself by pasting it in the search box in the links on your quoted post above.
If the balance is still there "unspent" (green), the issue must be on the wallet's cache like BitMaxz said.
If it was "spent" (red), it must be something else.
Looks like this is the 0.0296BTC deposit's transaction ID: 0c3ead295d2a69fceeca756735b5ee0721482bdef8f5c438e78d5f7d56b94c60.
If it is, it's Bitpay wallet's issue because it is still unspent.
Don't worry, you can always recover the private key(s) including the funded address if things gone wrong.
It's can be good if a BitPay agent check this forum

Hello, thanks to all who can help me my problem is simple i have just lose 0.03 btc in my BitPay wallet i make a transaction before and my 0.03 btc just dissappear i don't know why this was at 19 may i send so many tickets to BitPay support and they not find me a solution and i can't reply to their mail because it's detected like a spam... So i need to open a new ticket and explain each time and i cannot sometimes because i can't add more than 600 caractere.
i wanna notice i had in my wallet 0.066 btc i i make two transaction for in all 0.036 btc and i don't know why my other 0.03 btc just disappear and never come again without i make any more transaction.
I can't add a picture to here but my problem is very simple to understand and i can't send Any scrennshot to BitPay because my mail is not accepted by BitPay.
I can send this picture to anyone via mail or Telegram and i will be happy to give a gift for who can resolve my problem.
