Most of the cleaner apps are useless. http://www.howtogeek.com/162683/pc-cleaning-apps-are-a-scam-heres-why-and-how-to-speed-up-your-pc/.

From my experience, CCleaner is pretty good. You don't have to uninstall browser for deleting cookies, you can wipe all date by going to settings.

I'm always get the new authorization e-mails. The problem is from the browsers. Tried with a new one, seamonkey and everything is working again. I will just uninstall and re-install my browsers to lose all the cookies and everything. I'm using privacy eraser pro and i think that everything is messed up in my browsers. Thank you guys for all your help. I really appreciate it.
hey I face this problem many times...just clear your browser cookies and try again I am sure it will work

A few things that came into my mind and may be useful:

1. Make sure that cookies are enabled, javascript works ... you know, the default settings for browsers.
2. Make sure that the auth mails are not lost in Spam folder.

First of all, delete authorization messages you got from Blockchain.info to avoid confusion. Open your Blockchain.info wallet and click the authorization link. Hopefully, you will be able to login.

P.S. Don't try to refresh page more than once, it may result in more mails. Open once and check your mail.

I'm not a technical expert.. However, I do think it will help if you tell us which browser-based wallet you are using. There's lot of browser-based wallet for Bitcoin.
