I am not an expert on anything but your question is too vague, why do you exactly need an expert? And in what field exactly? Do you need a developer, miner or a trader? It will be best if at least you made those things clearer so you don't waste your time.

Did someone give you his contact already? Why not try to post and add to this thread your questions. It's more possible that your questions will be answered properly if you will show your questions. And you don't have to pay either since there are people that are willing to help you so, it's a better choice rather than someone talking with phone with pay. Just my 1 satoshi.

You mean a phone call from an expert,why not a skype chat or facebook chat ,it's more cheaper or free I'm sure 15 minutes is not enough if you want some explanations from the experts,because experts cannot promise you to answer any question you have for 15 minutes only ..
