8000$ is a big investment.You could thin about paying for legal advice to get the biggest payout possible. Its difficult to understand all the legal jargon. A lawyer would know what your best course of action should be.

Looking at this objectively, you could ask for full refund minus the bitcoin you received in total from CoinTerra valued at the time of the transactions.

Hello, I had 1 year mining plan from Cointerra for which I payed 8000$ a year ago. They did not finished paying all the months we had on our contract because they stopped on January when they gone Bankrupt.

The letter says I have to fill the "File Proof of Claim" on http://www.txwb.uscourts.gov/

I have to fill the money they owe me and I do not how much ask should I ask, a 100% refund maybe? I am on his creditor list and thats why I received the letter.
