Right now, Ethereum is probably your most profitable coin with that card.

 Your cgminer issue might be bad configuration, or wrong driver(s) - I don't remember if cgminer supports OpenCL offhand (forget AMD Stream, AMD themselves dropped all Stream support almost 3 years back for ANY, and almost 4 for XP).

 You might need a different cgminer version for that matter, some of them were fairly specialised....


you are right i try different version and working good i use cgminer-3.7.2 thanks for your replay

in terms of profitability Ethereum seems legit right now;
but your speed seems low; i'm getting that much out of a Sapphire dual-x R7 370;
get crimson 15.12; adjust your environment variables; use stratum pools (eth-proxy) with your ethminer;
also adjust --cl-global-work ; --cl-local-work in your .bat running the ethminer;

as i say , I Have Sapphire Nitro R9 380, what coin to mine and get profit ?
i'm Now mining Ethereum  it's working in 18:19 MH with Ethereum  miner
there is any another coin can make profit from it more than Ethereum  Huh
btw i try to use cgminer to try mine other altcoin  and always make no device detected i don't know why
