This is the last message i got from him before he blocked my inbox:
"I have sent you 0,08277 btc ( $35 ) using btctrade, usually takes around 10 minutes to process, I'll be able to send you a screenshot of the transfer."

How to file a scam alert? And is there any way i can recover my SKRILL money back ?
