I still I haven't send the funds because the fees are awful these days.
I'm sure it works now,but the fees are extremely high.
What can be done with the fees? is there any other way?

The network is currently congested (200K+ unconfirmed transactions, currently) due to a high demand because of bitcoin's current price so the best option would be to wait until it stabilized. It will most likely happen when a price correction occurs (Huge Price Crash)

On the other hand, you can use transaction accelerators like viabtc but it's not advised to use it now as they are cuurently experiencing some problems probably due to high demand.

Also I have one more question: How to generate a new wallet using electrum and transfer the funds there ?
Please explain with few steps

To generate a new wallet, This article should help you: https://bitcoinelectrum.com/creating-an-electrum-wallet
* There are different types of wallet which you can generate in electrum, please refer to this: https://bitcoinelectrum.com/electrum-wallet-types

The link I provided above is a site where a lot of electrum tutorial resides so you might want to read them or alternatively, Just use the search bar on the left if you want to know something specific.

No unconfirmed transaction.  Cheesy
Thanks so much.

Good, that's nice that I'd able to help. Just make sure that your device/computer is not infected with any malware that can steal any information especially passwords from your device, you have to secured your computer to protect your funds by installing strong and trusted anti-virus...

Thanks bL4nkcode and Potato Chips for your help,
I understood that the only way as you said is to import the funds in Electrum.
I got the 12-word seed.
I saw the page of Electrum you gave me.
Can you explane me a bit more please in a few steps how exactly should I do this import?
Should I install Electrum first?
I need a little more help from you
Thanks in advance for any answer from you.

Please install electrum wallet first, use the link posted above, and I recommend that use the Windows Installer (signature) if you're using windows, but if you're using OSX or Linux then you can choose any of them its fine.

Open electrum, Go to File Tab > New/Restore >  (Choose your wallet name) > Standard Wallet > I already have a seed > (Paste your Seed with correct order and spelling) > Options (check BIP39) OK then Next > Leave this field unchanged (m/44'/0'/0') > Set your password then you're good to go.

Electrum desktop wallet....thats fine idea, I have heard of many of them. Which one would you recommend?

In terms of convenience and security, Electrum is the best by far in my opinion so it's fine to use it even for a long run.

Anyway, As the guy above mentioned, your best bet to access your funds asap is to import it in electrum. I just want to add that when electrum prompts you to enter your seed/recovery phrase, you have to click the Options button and tick the BIP39 Seed box otherwise it won't work as the Next button will remain greyed out.

After that you should be able to access your funds and send them to whoever you want but if you still have some funds left, I suggest that you should generate a new wallet using electrum and transfer/sweep the funds there because importing your wallet into another wallet is not good in terms of security as both of them are accessible in both sides particularly in your case since one of them is an online wallet which exposes your funds in greater risks.

As mentioned above the issue will only be solved with blockchain.info team better to contact their support team anyway. Try to contact their social media accounts.
But for a freindly suggestion, get the 12-word seed of your blockchain wallet or its called recovery phrase and try to import it on electrum desktop wallet. And I'm really sure that your problem will be solved, and don't ever try to use again blockchain.info's wallet.

This is an issue with blockchain.info's wallet software. This problem can only be solved by blockchain.info themselves. Users here cannot really help you.
