There have been many complaints against Coinomi recently. The wallet is not fully functional and the project may have been abandoned.

I tried to recover a Coinomi testnet wallet in UniSat, but it required modifying the derivation path and it only generated the first address. It might be easier to restore it in Sparrow Wallet.

To recover your coins you can install Sparrow Wallet and go to Tools > Restart In Network > Testnet

Once you’ve relaunched in Testnet go to File > Import Wallet and then insert your backup phrase. Then click the “Discover Wallet” button to see if your coins are detected. I tested this and was able to generate the same addresses in both wallets.

Just opened my old coinomi desktop wallet and checked and yes I don't get a green dot next to the tBTC don't get a red one either, it just stays grey.
Very odd, but like others have said, just move your private key to another wallet using a iancoleman tool and stop using coinomi.
They have stopped updating and supporting their wallet a while ago. And gone silent. Their subreddit is filled with people with problems.

Just not worth using it at this point.

when i have problems with them they'd replied on reddit
Perhaps it's time to stop leaving in the past. Coinomi is not the kind of wallet I would recommend to anyone, especially since there are so many much better alternatives. Their support responding on Reddit doesn't matter if they can't even resolve a long time problem like wallet synchronization, which been around for a number of months.

I have the wallet and recovery phrase but the coinomi can not connect the testnet bitcoin network so I can not transfer

Coinomi sometimes have some of this related issues as part of the challenges it has, same way you may have received transaction and coinomi may not display anything for you to see, in this case i will only advise that you import your testnet coins on electrum testnet and try to view from their since you already mentioned that you have the recovery phase to having access to these coins, but never forget that testnet have no value in the current market, and you can earn more from other reputable sites that offers for free testnet coins.

Don't use Coinomi wallet for anything, even for testnet, because I think developers are not active anymore so don't expect to receive any support.
If you have any coins there than you can easily import keys to different wallet that supports bip39 format, I think Mycelium wallet has testnet bitcoin.

I have the wallet and recovery phrase but the coinomi can not connect the testnet bitcoin network so I can not transfer

I try to send the ticket but no one respone fore more than 1 week ,it seems nobody support it now

I tried import the words to the unisat but address is not same

how can I get my testnet3 coins?
Coinomi has a synchronization problem in many blockchains. You may be able to sign a message, but you will not be able to broadcast it.

you need to extract the private key of the address associated with your coins, insert it into a wallet such as Electrum, and then sign and broadcast the transaction from there.

testnet bitcoin You can get it for free, so if you cannot recover it, there is no problem because its main purpose is testing and testing may sometimes lead to the loss of your coins.

Block halving is coming.
I don't get it why force yourself to withdraw Bitcoin testnet from your Coinomi wallet if you can get them for free?
Here's the list of faucets https://en.bitcoin.it/wiki/Testnet#Faucets

Bitcoin testnet is supposed to be only used for testing and developing if you still insist and want to get the Bitcoin testnet from Coinomi you need to extract the private key from your backup by using this tool below it should be compatible and you should run it at offline machine. Once you extracted the private key using that tool find a wallet that supports testnet and import the private key and transfer all testnet coins to a new wallet.

Sorry to slightly digress from the topic in discussion but it has to do with my coinomi wallet experience, because I don't know if they're a scam wallet now. I had a coinomi wallet that I misplaced my passwords, when I tried to use my seed phrase to alternatively send send my Bitcoin, it keeps telling me that I missed a spelling, even when I imported the coinomi wallet, it's still saying the same thing, but I'm very certain that it's the correct seed phrase that I have. Till date I've not been able to access the Bitcoin in it, so hearing this now, and I'm thinking that they're not a reputable wallet.

If Coinomi isn't hooking up to the testnet Bitcoin network and support isn't getting back to you, give another wallet a shot or ask for help in crypto communities. Right to do this. Try importing your recovery phrase into a different wallet and you might just get access to your testnet coins. Also using a testnet explorer can help you check balances and make transactions securely. Just remember to stay cautious and prioritize security in all your crypto dealings

Coinomi is using BIP39 to generate its keys. Also when you click on the coin name in your wallet and go to the receive tab where you can see the address you can receive the coins in, there is a derivation path written below that address. This is important because other tools/wallets need this to know which key you want.

Use any other wallet that supports BIP39 and Testnet such as Electrum to import your mnemonic and then set that derivation path to get all your addresses.
You can also use https://iancoleman.io/bip39/ (download from github and run locally, preferably offline if you have other coins in that seed phrase), set the coin to BTC - Bitcoin Testnet and then set the derivation path in the BIP32 tab below.

Recently I heard bad news with coinomi wallet and not used any more more than last several years, but with coinomi wallet there are have seed phrase and you can use for log in in trustwallet or other wallet support with seed phrase log in.
By they way what the advantage of bitcoin testnet? are there worth of testnet of bitcoin, its difference if you have mainnet of bitcoin fund in coinomi wallet.
I think over with coinomi wallet after checking with their main social media twitter account, last update one two years ago and seems fix coinomi wallet have been scam. Check step above guide by @FinneysTrueVision to recovery your bitcoin testnet fund and during you save seed phrase I think not difficult to recovery back your wallet.

It's weird if you import your seed phrase but the address is not same.

Have you followed the exact the tutorial? https://docs.openstamp.io/wallets-guides/import-mnemonic-seed-phrase-into-unisat

You need to click "other wallet" > "24 words" > then the address type that contain your testnet (don't forget to change the network to "testnet")

Coinomi, is it an exchange?
It's a non custodial wallet, but closed source.

Coinomi, is it an exchange?

How did you try to join an exchange and get Bitcoin Testnet, want to transfer it with a withdrawal request?

I don't know the details but assume it is your Bitcoin main net or other cryptocurrencies on main net, it is a big red flag and warning about risk of centralzied exchange.

Don't trade test net bitcoin because it does not have value. You will be scammed if want to be rich with Bitcoin Testnet.
