Testnet bitcoin is can be given for free using one of the active faucets. It's an alternative bitcoin blockchain made for app devs and bitcoin testers to use it without taking the risk to use real bitcoin, it's not supposed to have a real value. So why/how you offer to give it for KEEP token which is already a real token (not in testnet phase) with a real value already traded in several exchanges?

Currently we're looking at $200 worth of KEEP token per 1 testnet BTC minted on the https://dapp.test.tbtc.network/
Looks like the airdrop will be extended by another two weeks, according to one of the KEEP devs on their discord https://discord.com/invite/wYezN7v
