Thank you very much for your confirmation. However, I have contacted Tomatocage as well to see the truth. I was being trapped this bloody scammer. I'm posting everywhere possible to make sure others not to get SCAMMED from this user.
I was decided to send money for 2.14 BTC if I couldn't able to get things done. I don't know how to report this user, anyway I'm doing as much as I can to protect people from SCAMMERS

Tomatocage is one of the best escrower in BTCtalk. But he don't use email or 3rd party communication method for escrow.
He always do through PM so becareful.

Dear members, again warning to everyone. There are scammers trying to get skrill funds and vanished. PLEASE USE ESCROW which is well known or already used before. This guy is a scammer and you'll find some complaints regarding him.
I'm not asking to people trade with me before any verification or any satisfaction. I'll prove whatever you need verified skrill account, associated passport ID etc. And even if you're not confident with me. I can show my LocalBitcoins profile if needed.

If he is selling verified account, i would advise buyer to be careful, since its possible that account is hacked.
Otherwise, if this is an exchange offer, move the thread as previously stated. (But still there will hardly be takers, since skrill is both reversible, and doesnt allow currency exchange)

It is obviously an hacked/stolen account, Who is so intelligent to sell 'his' verified account? *if we are assuming that it is his 'main' account verified with his personal document for only 1 btc.
A simple question (not only for you) : will you sell your identity for 1 bitcoin?
However I suggest to not buy that account, it will be probably 'locked' from the skrill (aka moneybookers) support.
