i-House.com Chairman & Founder Announces Company’s 2nd ATO Project; Plans to Expand Into IoT

In a recent interview by crypto influencer SkrillaKing, i-House.com Chairman and Founder Ricky NG announced that by the end of the month i-House.com will officially announce its second ATO project. There are currently more than 10 ATO projects in the pipeline for i-House.com. There are two Japanese i-House ATO projects slated to go online in June, and in July i-House.com hopes to announce its first ATO project in the U.S.

As the world’s first company to conceptualize an ATO project and implement it in a short amount of time, i-House.com continues to make great strides. The company’s first ATO project was the Karuizawa Time Share Resort that is already online, with presales exceeding expectations. The project also received large investments from reputable real estate funds.

Also, during the interview Mr. Ng talked in-depth about plans to further the company’s strategy on building and growing the i-House ATO platform by nurturing the partnerships acquired through the platform. The partnerships are on schedule to reach markets in Asia, United States and Southeast Asia. Another market i-House.com plans to enter is Europe, due the tremendous interests from countries such as Amsterdam and Paris, the chairman and founder sees an opportunity to enter this market toward the second half of the year.

Finally, Mr. Ng also talked about the use of Big Data, Artificial Intelligence and IoT solutions in the future, this could determine which projects could be listed on the i-House ATO platform. With the use of these solutions, it will help commercial properties using the platform with fundraising, marketing and operations to get listed on travel booking websites more easily. The chairman and founder has laid out ambitious goals for the company, which include having 15–20 i-House ATO projects completed by the end of 2018.
