i won't tell you if it is a good investment and whether to keep it now or sell it.
all i can tell you is that when you make an investment at some price and that investment fails you need to sell at the early stages before that fail turns into catastrophe.

so think to yourself, how much have you lost so far (percentage-wise) and how much loss would you like to tolerate. if the loss is more than your tolerance then sell. if not hold.
and if you decided to sell, then only buy back if you thought price has reached the bottom and only if you think it will rise.

if the percentage is under 30% i think you can sell it although you are loss a few satoshi at least you can have your bitcoin back and you can trying with another coins. but if the percentage is more than 50% then i don't think to cut loss the coins is a good idea because you can lose many of satoshi and its better for you to keep in your wallet while you can waiting for next price.

I dont know why you thought NAV is a good coin. I would rather go to Waves, Iconomi, Litecoin for long term. Whatever the coin it is, i dont think you should sell right now, wait for 2/3 days and everything will start climbing back up. It is a market correction like every other time and sell when you are in the money.

The nav coin was including on the old coin. And it doesn't look good for me because there are another coins that has a better future than the nav coin. if you are still believing with it and just hold. But their development seems lack of the demands.

i would sell for now because for now all the altcoin are in the uptrend, aim for the only one which are not in the down trend and buy those instead, some altcoin, like nexus netko and spreadcoin are in uptrend, so investors jump in these and dump the other, better to diversificate than holding only one coin, too much risk

Exactly what he said. It's never good to have one coin only in the portfolio. If you holding onto the coin because of some unique feature (believing that feature will define the future), do more research into similar featured coins and add to portfolio - for everybody that bought ETH, they have a WAVES, LISK/OR STRATIS stashed on top
