There's a user here (I'm sure you all know who I am talking about without me having to say their name) who has been "building trust" over many months with loans that started out as $100 - $200 at a time - they have a proven history of being late with their loan repayments and now they are lending anywhere from $1,000 to $2,000 at a time with overly abundantly generous loan repayments and far fetched stories of "get rich schemes" that is funding their lending habit.

And that's the thing.  It's a habit.

Drug users have a habit.  They start out with recreational amounts of illicit substances. Then, as their dependency on drugs overwhelms them, they get greedy and turn to theft or deception to fund their habit taking out "pay day loans" to fund their addiction.  On payday, they repay the loan for the previous week of drug taking, then have to take out another loan to pay for this week's fix.

Rinse and repeat.

But back to non collateral loans.  With a proven record of late repayments and what looks like a "drug habit addiction" lending, (or at best a gambling addiction) anyone lending to such a user has no right to complain when that user overdoses or misses a repayment (or simply goes dark) when they can't repay their obligations.

Forewarned is forearmed.

The question is, why is this thread not locked yet? Threads like these are too common in the lending section and there needs to be a way to autolock or autodelete this the instant someone makes them.

Stipulation of the combination of account name, requirements and account history:

Likely identity theft.
Definitely going to say that this is not something any legitimate user should try to involve themselves in.

Likely? I'd go with %100.

I can give you the loan but what guarantees do you offer and the guarantee will be made using the escrow

Let me know

The OP is offering loans, not asking for one.

Took 0.3 btc for a month, the TS dropped the btc as promised after the conditions were met (tossed the video with the documents KYC). % is small compared to the credits in the fiat, there were problems with the conclusion (the question was solved quickly enough). Keep in mind that you will have to give it back at the current rate, not at which you were taken. In principle, it's not so bad, but took 8000, gave back 10,000, eh... who knew...
Thanks for the feedback.

In an online forum, where everyone uses screen names and all transactions are made in a mostly-anonymous token?
Yeah but maybe in Op's case, he will ask for proper documents and then create a signed contract?

Quite hard to verify that, and personally, I'd be reluctant to give any ID to a online forum user... Sad
Most of the loan requests we get here are open for document verification. They don't mind compromising their original documents for a few dollars. The catch, most of the time these documents will be fake.

OP: Your username says "Accounts for sale" - I know where this lending thread is going.

You cannot loan to a person under 18.  They cannot enter into the agreement.

So after a few years of not posting you decided to come out of no where and want to issue loans? Sounds like you want to scam someone.

I would suggest people be extremely careful about what info they hand over to this user and make sure to use a trusted escrow if collateral is involved, two, OP should prove they are the original owner of the account.

I guess he will be the one who will be careful as he is the one issuing the loans, therefore the risk is on him.
Not at all, since collateral scam is perfomed by the lendor rather than the taker

What really puzzles me is this:

Nice to start a lending business in this forum, you suggested it right and even if he is a newbie, that would not be problem but he needs to understand that there's a lot of scammers here as well.

Appreciate your offer but I think you must gain the trust of the public, and with your name here I think its very suspicious. If you want to help and offer a loan here then this thread should be more to Lending section. Try also to give more details here, than to contact you on Telegram because its more convenient. Again, your name is not that good. Good luck to you.
