I work for Coral Health. We just engaged the Canadian law firm Fasken Martineau DuMoulin LLP (Fasken) to advise on British Columbia securities laws and to guide any discussions with our jurisdiction’s regulator, the British Columbia Securities Commission (the BCSC).

Very interested to hear how other companies have been able to find reliable advice on securities laws in their areas. We're really excited to have found Fasken in BC!
