AFAIK, if your account has verified the identity, perhaps you can communicate with them, prove your identity with a video verification and then you can restore access to your account or at least freeze withdrawals at that time.

Unfortunately, we cannot help you, but the support team is the only one who was able to help you, so contact them.

You can view your entire stats for your account which means that you're still able to log in with that account even if it was hacked. Posting here won't help that much but only will just let others know your experience to make others aware of the possible hack that happened to you. Contacting immediately Binance support will alert them of whatever happened to you.

The relevance of you posting your bitcoin address is out of sight. It's also against the forum's rule.

I'm sorry for your experience if you've been a victim of hacking. You should recall in which activity you probably have been hacked through the links that you have visited and clicked.

Didn't click on the link. But wait a minute, what is the relevance of the Bitcoin address you are posting? Is this your Binance Bitcoin address where your funds are stored? Or is this the address of the supposed hacker?

I am asking because the address doesn't have any single transaction yet. So either you don't actually have any Bitcoin in your Binance wallet or the supposed hacker has not stolen any funds from you.

That link is my binance futures account picture. And btc address is my btc wallet address, just need to help..

This is your statistics. How about showing some screenshot for that withdrawal transaction?

When it comes to events like this i do think about sim swap just like this one https://markets.businessinsider.com/currencies/news/bitcoin-investor-loses-24-million-of-crypto-sim-swap-hackers-2019-11-1028677818

First of all, you should try to contact Binance support. Secondly, let's find out why it happened. Have you ever left your contact open? Does anybody else have an access to your device?

Aside from contacting their binance support via their site, try sending pm also their binance telegram account - https://t.me/binanceexchange. Try contacting all possible contacts of binance as soon as possible so they can still block the withdrawal from your account. Because if you will change the 2FA, it needs I think about 7 days to approve the change. Because when I tried to change my 2FA before, it needs approval. But the user can withdraw via email and sms codes only, if you remove the 2FA security.

If the hacker has your phone maybe he also has your gmail and 2FA it's really risky to put all in one device I think you should contact the Binance now and ask for help since we are not sure how are we going to help you most people here could only give tips and suggestions to you.

I think hacker hacked my phone, but could not hacked my email account. So I think screwed it up like this..
I think you funds where being diverted and anytime soon will be withdrawn by the hacker without you getting notice it where the funds will go using an exchange that does not require KYC to withdraw the funds.

If he is not really successful in the attempt of taking your funds from your exchange wallet then this is what he had done as a frustration that he could not get your money then he instead ruin it to inform you that your account is hacked but could never be withdrawn and he will then make an arrangement to return the funds in the way it is in the expense that you will also going to pay him as a reward. LOL, Anyway hopefully you can get help here.

I just got hacked binance account - any help is welcome!

Hi everyone. I am totally devastated today. I just woke up to see hacked binance account.

When login to Binance, need to verify my mobile phone.
And need email, OTP verification to withdraw coin.

Hacker couldn't withdraw and it seems that my assets were ruined through the future account.
I think my phone hacked. I feel like killing myself now.
If anyone have any ideas what I can do, tips, tools or anything of use please do share with me here on this thread PM me.

This doesn't make any sense. I mean if a hacker hacked your account, he could withdraw your funds instantly instead of wasting it in futures, because if he hacked your account, logging in would include a code whether it is OTP or in 2FA, and he already got that when you said "hacked" account.

Lucky if the hacker would return your funds. My only advice is that don't use Binance as your wallet (if it is), use non-custodial wallet like Electrum or ImToken wallet for more safety.
