I'll occasionally see stuff in the corner of my eye that I think is there for maybe a split second.  But it only ever occurs if I've been in my house for a long period of time without much interaction with anyone else.

I don't think it's really a problem until you start taking it seriously  Tongue  I remember one time I mistook a vacuum cleaner for a little girl in a dress.  I have no idea how I mistook one for the other.  I know for a fact I double knotted those ropes.

I once mistaken a girl in a dress for a vac... Never mind!

Extra-strength vacuuming huh  Grin

As long as you have a reasonable grip on reality, function normally, relate to people, and can support yourself, don't worry. Minor audible and visual hallucinations and delusions are normal. Everyone has them. Some have more than others, and they make life interesting. Hallucinations can be entertaining, but it's delusions you need to control. Develop good logic and reasoning skills and remember that your brain is just a big wet blob of mush that shouldn't be taken too seriously.

I'm willing to bet that not a single shadow person has ever been observed in the wild by an individual who's well rested and mind's not yet overloaded with pressing tasks that need addressing.

When I used to be visited by SPs, I started grabbing the closest one and fuck the shit out it, for I knew that I needed to relieve some tension and thought that's why they came around. But they soon got wise to my abilities, thus no longer visiting me. So I got me a shadow goat, and been happen ever since. When the lighting is poor, I pretend the goat is still there.

So you think it's mental illness? I am sure it's possible. I don't know what it is.

For the past few weeks I've been getting waking visions of the typical "shadow people". Dark, black silhouettes. One looked like very alien in appearance as it walked past me when I was dazed on my couch. The other was standing in my hallway. During these experiences, it felt like the visions of these beings were layered over my eyes vision as if I were seeing it through a separate sensory input. I thought these were dreams.

Tonight, I was sitting on my couch writing up things for work. Later into the night, I started feeling a vibratory pressure on my forehead which I found is closely tied to these occurrences. Then moments ago, shadows start moving across the room with no source at all. There was no light shining. The blinds were closed. Then suddenly the shadow took the shape of a being and vanished as I acknowledged it and said hello.

I've read about these things and now I've seen one... I am still seeing phenomenon. Flashes of light are going everywhere, shadows are bleeding in and out of the wall.

This is either serious psychosis, mental fatigue or actual phenomenon. I feel fine so I am willing to consider the latter.

What a strange universe we live in.
