Please look at this one. A scammer just tried to close their topic (just after they were exposed) and mods had gone on scammer's favor.

The thread was moved to Trashcan. Mods can still see it (nothing is really deleted around here).

It's very good that DarkDays & bearexin exposed and archived it!

Perhaps Archive would have been a better choice but since thread was archived already by the user it doesn't matter.

I am well aware of the practices of scams are not moderated still leaving that topic opened or locked might have served as a good example for how a job ad may turn as a phishing attempt.

Could you do anything about stopping mods from rushing into deletion process?

They don't rush to delete! Mistakes may happen once in a while, true, but they know what they are doing. Wink

I didn't delete it but there's a handled report in the queue for it being off topic, assuming it was in the fortunejack thread.
Thanks for confirming. Then it should be malevolent or Cyrus?

It could be, or any other Global mod or Admin.

Cyrus into moderation for years and malevolent is relatively new (or at least for services board).

Go back to the merit farming and abusing part of your local forum.
But, that are enough for them to enjoy slots in campaigns like how they are currently doing.

In my opinion, merits had changed as a token of appreciation some long time back itself but it was introduced as a measure of quality writing and some managers still count ONLY MERITS from their applicants which obviously provide room for shit posters.

Actually it has been deleted because of your Valueless comment on merit. It is totally a content which has no value in this forum and it's also like a spamming.

And you Know that spamming like useless contents are very common to be deleted.

So try to make useful contents dear.

Comment feels spam and off topic probably that's why, in 99% cases you would be sure why your comment deleted.

That post was made in an campaign thread so do you think that the post has something to do with the campaign?

It is neither an application post nor something relates to payments or post-check from the campaign. At the ends, it is an off-topic post. Consequently, the manager of the campaign (who created that thread) or anyone else has rights to report the post to moderator as an off-topic. I don't know the reason of your deletion comes from manager or anyone else but sure it is because of off-topic.

If you want to discuss about the campaign, you should create another thread in Service discussion, I think.

Your post was obviously reported for being off-topic and mod deleted it. Always refrain from making unnecessary posts or comments in signature campaign application threads to avoid such scenarios. I don't see why you even had to open a topic asking why your post was deleted.

If he wasn’t deleted he wouldn’t ask. Maybe just maybe off topic is different for him in his native language then it is for an english speaker.

He should pm his moderator and the op of the thread.

Maybe they would tell him they think it is off topic.

if you don't complain in the campaign application, maybe your post won't be deleted.  You need to realize if you are not accepted into the campaign then you must be quiet and accept the manager's decision.  because if you complain improperly, your post will be reported to moderator so that your post is deleted.

I'm sometimes known as "miniadmin"
For what I'm reading, it was most likely off-topic. A signature campaign application is not a debate thread to discuss what merit is and what it works for; also, it's a bit hard to understand what you are trying to say, which could be taken as a machine translation (which is not allowed)
