You are right about those coins (except etc!). Waves and Lisk have been under active development for over a year and will be releasing great features next year. NEO has been billed as the Chinese Ethereum and was the first one to hit the China market. They will see good pumps in 2018
It may happen now or later, to speculate price being sure about the potential of a coin is not enough and that alone can't pump a coin. Waves is one of the coins that can rise up to $50 that market cap

Your statement is true but you know nowadays every company is coming up with smart contracts platform. This will actually flood the market with cheap tokens. Every smart contract platform wants to be next ETH, next NEO etc. If they offer something innovative then it's ok else these are all just garbage. It will happen. Quality counts in a market full of pump and dump junk. 3rd/4th gen blockchain, fastest in the world and now Waves incubator.

However, all what I know is that Waves is going straight to the moon: Fastest blockchain platform, Waves NG, Waves Lab, smart contracts, a fully respected roadmap, a clear vision and a dedicated team led by a genuis. What else, just be patient. I had the chance to buy a quantity of waveswhen the price was just 3 usd. Today I am buying more and more. 2018 will be the year of Waves.
