I am assuming this is the transaction from OP's wallet?

That address you mentioned has already received over 55 BTC. The person knows what he/she is doing.
I was checking the out bound transactions. It seems most of the out bound amounts have a pattern. 0.1180xxxx, 0.0990xxxx, 0.1190xxxx, 0.1200xxxx etc. Clearly he is using Mixer. Mixers are needed to break transactions but the same tool is helping scammers to hide their crimes.

Sorry for your lose OP. Let's hope it was not all that you had.

Always verify the app upon downloading it through PGP as suggested above, so the best thing that you can do now is to create another one that is safe, or better to buy a hardware wallet for less worry.
I would suggest reformatting the computer first because we have no idea what OP did to have his coins stolen. There could be malware and keyloggers on his system and a fresh Electrum install on such a system is not safe at all.

@OP
It's impossible to single out the exact reason without knowing everything about your online activities and the status of the device you had Electrum installed on.
Are you 100% sure the software was downloaded from the official website and not some lookalike?
How was your recovery phrase backed up?

That address you mentioned has already received over 55 BTC. The person knows what he/she is doing. I see that you already reported the theft on BitcoinAbuse. Still, I would be careful trusting any recommendations that promise recovery. I am talking about the suggestion someone gave you about using a cyber security agency to get your coins back. That's another scam most probably where they will ask you to pay for recovery and possibly lose even more or get your device infected. Bitcoin transactions are irreversible, and without law enforcement it's almost impossible to find the culprits.

Answer the questions people asked you to figure out what could have led to the theft, so you know what to do and what not to do in the future.

So what is the version of Electrum that you've used?

I tend to agree above, it could be your computer now was infected by the malware virus, and this is pretty common now if you're a target by the scammer.
So don't you dare to save your private key to your computer or in any as long as can't be accessible online, like an email address or cloud storage?

Is there a message pop-up when you opened the Electrum app?

Always verify the app upon downloading it through PGP as suggested above, so the best thing that you can do now is to create another one that is safe, or better to buy a hardware wallet for less worry.

I believe Electrum wallet. So I use it as a storage wallet.

I have been transferring profits from the exchange to Electrum wallet.

Until I found my all BTC was transferred to bc1q9zhxlm2j6v2kn48vfv4jmh8kqjlds6v6pjxzjv.

about 3.2 BTC (on December 22 ). The software is Downloaded from electrum.org Not updated .

I want to know what happen

You probably got hacked. Could be a PC virus, could be a trojan, could be that someone close to you robbed you. Have you ever let any other people use your computer? Someone who knows about your interest in crypto can find your electrum wallet and steal your keys in a matter of seconds once he have an access to your PC. This person might even be a family member. You'd never know.

What's your operating system? Windows? If you say yes, it is time to switch to linux.

In that case, your backup (seed) is exposed, and if by any chance you saved it in your e-mail, the cloud or as plain text on your computer, someone hacked you. Even if you have a backup in physical form, someone could find it and wait for the right moment to use it - and a few days before Christmas and the New Year seems like a suitable moment.

Besides electrum wallet, your PC are used for what?
because in any case, many user use his PC for download movie and software which can't show hidden virus and malware which can stolen the data wallet.

the history browser is also the scammer's target to get detail password that you can usually use. Because as I know, many members here use electrum wallet and never have problem stolen for a long time.

Now, Let's try self-check on the task manager and then look at the processes tab, if you find the application running without you have opening, I really sure that is virus currently scanning your PC.

Have you verified your downloaded Electrum before using it?
Because there are a lot of fake electrum.org websites that look legit.

You can follow this guide: /index.php?topic=5240594.0
But do not download the developer's PGP key from the same website, I recommend the keys in Electrum's GitHub repository: github.com/spesmilo/electrum/tree/master/pubkeys
Verify the binary that you've previously downloaded, do not redownload them or it will defeat the purpose of the verification.
