First you said your main account was left empty and then in your second post you said your main account holds 0.6 BTC while the second one has 17 bitcoin. If the story is true, I am sorry for your loss. I don't believe your will be able to recover those coins unfortunately. Ways of recovery are something that should have been considered when the wallets were generated, not when it came to an accident.
If the thief can't unlock your phone due to Face ID or passwords, he surely reset it to factory settings by now. It's been a month since your phone was stolen. Not to mention that he is probably not even in possession of the stolen gear, so even if the police found him, who knows where the devices landed after.

You have more than one account on trust wallet and but you only backup the recovery words that was empty, what kind of bad security idea did you follow.
I believe that wasn't deliberate if it actually happened. It happened to me when I started using Trust Wallet. I backed up the first account erroneously believing that all other accounts I opened in that wallet had the same passphrase. How dumb that was, knowing they had different funds in them. I guess that was OP's thinking too.At current price it's $346K (blood market). It's a lot of money.
You're indirectly trying to make OP cry; that's if their story is genuine. I said that because we've seen such sob stories that end up not been true.If he backed up the wallet without Bitcoins in side then it's over for him, that wasn't a wise decision. The both wallets are no way possible to be linked together. You can open multi- wallet's and they won't be linked. These is a warning to all to write all of your seed phase in a physical paper or book just Incase situations like this arises.

If it is an iPhone there is a chance that it was iCloud locked after the theft (maybe for android there is something similar). If you know look on ebay you will find many iCloud locked iPhones. For those phones there are only two options:
You are the original owner and apple can remove the iCloud lock for you.
You are not the original owner and you will have to reset the phone completely with special tools or you just take expensive parts like display etc.
So your best bet may be to search for your iPhone on ebay etc. since if you can buy it there there is a chance that the data is not yet deleted because the thief does not have the special tools that are needed to reset the phone.

At very least, i doubt the thief would read this thread since OP just create this account and the first post is this thread.
It is unlikely that the thief will read this thread, but the OP has revealed which country he comes from and what his name is (possibly he wrote false information), but it is always possible that the theft was carried out by someone who knows him and can accidentally find of this information. In any case, I hope that the OP will be able to track down their devices, one way or another - I would certainly do my best for 17 BTC.
@BitcoinGirl.Club, a thief usually sells what he steals, and if you motivate him with a reward much higher than what he can earn by selling, why wouldn’t someone pretend to be an honest citizen who found the device and now returns it to the owner. The problem, of course, can be if the thief realizes what he actually has in his possession, whether he manages to unlock his cell phone or read this thread.
Also, thieves usually do a hard reset of the smartphone, so OP should be careful not to pay for a phone that actually no longer has a crypto wallet.

At current price it's $346K (blood market). It's a lot of money. The investment for a big publicity could help to get the devices back. If the reward is high then even the thief could consider giving it back for the reward. This is indeed a good proposal. The problem should be solved for one wallet which has 0.6 BTC but for the 2nd wallet it's sad that he does not have anything to restore it. This is why crypto is not for everyone. It's risky if you do not know how to maintain it.
OP is unfortunately one of many who think that one seed covers all the wallets he makes, although every wallet will warn him to save a backup and it is hard to understand that someone ignores such a warning.
It is even stranger that the OP had the misfortune to have his smartphone and laptop stolen, and that he even had 17 BTC, considering that the average Brazilian can hardly afford something like that, even if it is an investment a few years back.

This is one of those instances where I'd recommend you to put the seed phrase inside a GPG encrypted file, store it on something like Lastpass, and write down the password to your Lastpass, or try to remember it in your head.

He clearly kept everything in his laptop and mobile device which unfortunately not in his possession. When you have a wallet with serious amount of bitcoin then keeping the seed or private key in digital format is really very risky. Even having all words in a piece of paper is also risky. Safe to separate it in many parts. Only you and a very close circle you trust will know the sequence. Place the parts in different vault or places which is really safe and fire proof. Whenever you need it, you collect them together and restore the wallet to move funds.
I'm sorry for your loss. Getting robbed is targeted or something. I hope they get what they deserve. It will be hard to recover those if you don't have the seed phrases. Most applications will warn you to back it up, whether written somewhere or something and as long as you are part of the crypto market, it will always be like that. You will be responsible for your seed/keys for the account.

Sometimes stuff like this leaves me speechless. If you have several tens of thousand of dollars in an mobile wallet (!) that warns you that everything will be lost if you don't back it up, what did you think would happen. It is normal that phones break over time or get lost, so it was a 100% chance that at one point you will loose all your BTC. Maybe you did write down your seed at one point, because this is the only way to restore the funds if you can't get back the phone.

I have no idea what you mean by "Shipping/Remittance keys", TXID perhaps?The Transaction IDs are public data that anyone can access in the blockchain, there's no way it can be used to recover lost funds.
Bitcoin works differently than the traditional payment systems.
Firstly, your funds are controlled by the your private keys which are in your wallet and backed-up as your 12-word phrase.
Secondly, Bitcoin doesn't have a central authority that manages the flow of money.
So, no one (even Trustwallet) can help your recover the funds unless you can remember the second wallet's 12-word backup phrase.
Trustwallet gives you a 12-word BIP39 seed phrase and that's compatible with electrum.

I see the following mistakes made by the author:
- didn't save seed-phrase backups.
- kept bitcoin on the phone's wallet of the, which he used constantly.
- wallets were on devices that are valuable in themselves and attract thieves (phone and laptop).
I hope you manage to restore access to your wallets as soon as possible, because thieves can do it too, before you.

No, this info isn't enough to recover from your "second" account(as other users have already pointed it out).
Your best bet would be the police or a good private investigator. There's still a chance of finding your stolen goods if you act quickly. The first 48 hours are VERY crucial in such cases. Good luck!

As advised above, if you have backed up the 12 words for the primary account, you should import it on a new device and transfer that balance to a new cold storage wallet ASAP. However, the chance of getting back that second account is slim, don't waste your time with online scammers that may want to help you unless you have wallet.dat which in this case you don't and that also require brute force.

The tool can brute-force your seed phrase if you have missed some words. Since you don't know any of the words, that's not possible.

No, there is no way to recover the wallet if you don't have the seed phrase. You can only recover the wallet you have its seed phrase.

If I got you correctly, you had two wallets and you only have the seed phrase of the empty wallet. If so, there's nothing you can do.
I think his main account does have a balance. It's an additional wallet that is/was empty.
But, I had it in addition to the main account, which I left empty so that if someone stole my phone, they would think there was nothing there.

You have up to 17 bitcoin but you couldn't afford to get a hardware wallet, this is bad news and sad news for you because you cant have access to your bitcoins again except you have the recovery phrase where your bitcoin was received on its address.
This is the message from Trust wallet when generating new recovery words, always take caution serious when you see one on your screen.
