The TXID is 7ab4a3f7b8856af906ef595c83f5d2dcea60f96a4130c5b8ac7b1cfa22ab2d2f. The transaction was confirmed so im assuming that it went through. Any suggestions on how to approach the bittrex support team? They're not super responsive..

Did you try to post on their Facebook wall? If you post there that you have sent your BTC to the wrong address and you want to pay the 0,1 fee but they are not responding, you might get a faster respons than when you email them. They do not want negative publicity so posting on their social media might work. Be careful though because it can also work out the other way...

Honestly, I don't understand why they won't pay as long as you're willing to pay the fee they require regardless of the amount involved? That seems like they're just ignoring income.

If I was running a service like this, and you had only 0.2 deposited and you were willing to pay 0.1 fee, I'd still go ahead and do it... it isn't like the amount involved changes the amount of work they have to do... and they'll still get paid the same fee regardless of how much you get back.

I like philipma1957's suggestions... especially the one about being polite... staying calm and not getting angry will likely go a long way to achieving the solution you're after!

'The right to privacy matters'
Ask them if you put in .57 btc to the same wrong address if they will recover it .

Tell them you will pay the .1 fee

Make sure they say yes and post here before you send it.

Link this thread  to them.

Be polite .  Post their replies.

I happen to think it is enough  already but if you offer more let's see if they promise to fix it.

USDT is a omni token, which is built on top of the Bitcoin blockchain. That's why you can send BTC to your USDT deposit address at Bittrex.

Only Bittrex can recover your coins. That's a fact. If they don't want to help you, then you unfortunately lost your coins.

Hi guys, so I accidentally sent BTC to a USDT wallet in Bittrex yesterday.
Apparently BTC and USDT have similar codes so the transaction went through but the currency is different so the BTC is locked in the USDT wallet at the moment.
It was worth 0.441 BTC = around 2.5k
Bittrex has this stupid ass policy that says the value needs to exceed 5k but i think its stupid as hell. Im willing to pay the 0.1 BTC fee but the person that I am working with is not being useful.
Is there anyone that knows what I can do? I have heard its possible to recover the funds. Please help...
