Not that I'm aware of, someone else may be better informed then me.

But who would you go to anyways even if he did? There's no way to get it back if he did scam you, and the only thing you can do is tell people not to send BTC to his address. BTc is essentially a non-reversible transaction. Nothing can be done

I sent some coins for a miner on cryptothrift without using escrow (please spare me the scolding). No reply or anything from the seller. Is there anyway i can track my coins?
