O @Bendoo já abriu um tópico parecido anteriormente, o qual foi reportado e movido pra área Portugal e a discussão prosseguiu, ou quase.
Então eu não entendi porque ele repetiu o tópico por aqui, talvez pela falta de respostas no tópico anterior e/ou pouca visibilidade lá no subfórum.

Pelo que observei, não haverá a tributação se não for caracterizada a habitualidade...

Deduzi que, para trader, haverá a tributação... para quem tem o costume em fazer hold e aguardar mais as movimentações, em tese poderá ser beneficiado... só não sei a partir de que momento seria considerada atividade habitual ou não - parece não ser muito claro... enfim...

Oi!

I move to Lisbon, Portugal this year for multiple reasons: beautiful city, nice weather, beach, low cost life, Madonna (lol), nice food and.. 0% of taxes on crypto currency profits Cheesy

I plan to stay resident, to create a Company dedicated to mobile apps because i have some apps currently and for sure cash out my crypto currency profits as individual.

My question is, will i be exempted of taxes by cashing out large amount, millions of € from Crypto Currency profits on my personal bank account? (I don't have such amount yet)

I live in Europe right now, as i'm a foreigner i can get the NHR program: http://nonhabitualresidents.com
This program allow me to be exempted of taxes on crypto currency profits but i need confirmations from residents.

Beside, i will contact a lawyer here in Lisbon for confirmations as well.
