If it's only 0.002,why do you even need to ask a loan for it ? 
I'm definitely not going to fulfil this loan but had you asked for,would you provide any collateral ? You certainly can't use your rank as "Hero Member" in your defence.Things would have been different if you had reputed trades in the past which is quite not the case here.
