Your account is not worth 0.1 BTC. If you could add or offer other form of collateral I can fund your loan, but until you cant provide a valid one then then your request will not be funded because of your collateral is not enough to cover the borrowed amount in case you defaulted your loan. Appraised value of newbie accounts are close to worthless.
