Paypal can be charged back even when sent as family and friends,gift...

If you have loaded your Payoneer with a credit card you call your bank and charge back the transaction.

Payoneer loaded with PayPal and I can send screenshot of the transactions

I think that Payoneer is very safe
And about PayPal I'll send from my balance not from CC

who told you payoneer is not reversable ? you can charge back with payoneer just like any other cradit card even easiar then paypal but atlest payoneer listen to both sides if any case happen not like stupid paypal which will always favour the sender
