OP sent a request asking me to be an escrow for this(/these) exchange(s). Should be self-explainable as to why this is a shady trade: Newbie asking for a significant amount of BTC through a highly reversible form of payment. Sending desperate PMs to anyone seeming interested. Oh and lets no forget he uses Skype for these transactions Tongue

Lastly, last I remember OP had 6 posts(stats seen when I saw his PM) from which he seems to have deleted at least 4 posts

Edit: tl;dr , not enough reasons to tag him as a scammer but "trade" practices are shady
