I tried on localbitcoins , but everyone want more than what I have to spend at the moment . I had one trade set up on payeer , then I couldnt fund it cos the fund my account by cc was down .
Even by wu or mg , No one wants to sell for just $25

Sorry, I don't use paypal (or ebay). If you were in europe we could have used a SEPA transaction, that
