He has added a bank account to paypal account and his account got limited..he needs a format of the bank statement to upload and remove limitation
May be he will change the name/address on the statement to match is account info.

Anyway,I have not sold anything to OP as he don't need it anymore

I do not accuse you of anything sorry if you miss understood this, as you say yourself he will use it for Paypal, and I would like to know why he even needs to open a fake PayPal account?

There is no valid reason, for me, he only did this fake PayPal account to scam users or because he got banned from PayPal in the past for scam or other shady activities !

I don't know maybe he was stupid and opened Paypal set to the country he doesn't live in and now hes paying the price because all his details are faked or something. Could be anything at this point, your questions are legit though, need to know why?
