Far from it, people are trying to work out which sub section best fits your request.

If transaction fees are the issue, then it looks as though you have your answer to raise your TX fees.

If you need more Bitcoin, by your own admission, you already have Bitcoin so you know how to purchase more. Others have made suggestions how to trade (try out the currency exchange section - just not Pay Pal which is frowned upon).

Is it sponsorship you need? Reach out to the various campaign managers.

If there are no other issues to be clarified, then you can lock the thread at bottom left.

I do have Bitcoin in an Electrum wallet but I was getting frustrated with sends not confirming and thought it was me making some mistake.

I'm not sure if promoting my app is frowned upon or not here.

Don't talk the talk, if you can't walk the walk.
If there is a better place to post please let me know.

I recently built an app about Bitcoin. It is a game and never costs members anything nor do they use BTC in it. It is doing better than I thought it would so fast and has left my learning curve in the dust.

I will be sending members prizes of various small amounts. $5 to $100  but I am still stuck on my first send of $10

I got to thinking maybe there are people that will take cash from me via paypal (preferably) or another way and they can send the BTC to my members.

Of course I would cover all costs and we can discuss a fee for doing it. They could add up nice if the app stays on it's current trajectory.

Maybe this isn't even legal to do?Huh I don't know ... yet.

Thanks
Dean

Hello Dean.
May I ask what app you have built?

Thanks for the tip on the fees.  That might be why my sends won't get confirmed.  I was using a $2.80 fee.

The lightning network looks very technical. I will have to look more into it.

My post was looking for someone that has Bitcoin and will pay my members in BTC.  I will pay you cash.  Maybe someone that uses the lightning network would be best.
The no priority is $3.87 right now, that's higher than the fees you paid.

If you have cash, why you're not buy Bitcoin by yourself? I guess you're know how to use CEX or DEX. You can trade with the forum members, but I doubt they will accept PayPal or any kind of reversible payment, especially you don't have any reputation in this forum.

So I guess no one will interested and take a risk.

I think you need to clarify one thing, are you looking for a loan? are you looking for a developer who's can develop your app to send multiple payments? or you're only looking a way to send multiple payments?

With the current condition in Bitcoin network, it's really not worth to send a small prize below $50 because the on chain fees are around $10-$25 right now, your members will not able to withdraw their coins. I think you could adopt lightning network because the fees is cheaper than on chain.
