First of all, in order to get a loan here you need to offer something valid as collateral to secure any possible lender. Read this.
As we see you don't offer anything, instead you talking about partnership (?) and signing online contracts, something that won't work neither for a loan or a partnership.
So answer me this: Why anyone to give you any amount of funds, without any guaranty that you will repay him back?
If you were on the other side and you do have funds, you will give them to someone who makes a request like yours?
