Gift could be sold in the Digital Good section.I doubt the gift card you're offering has any buyers here but you can always give it a try in the respective section.If you have any other gift cards like Amazon or Steam.You will get the money by selling them.

If you don't have any use for that gift cards then sell it in the Digital Goods section at discounted price than post a loan request here and use that as collateral. It's not a valid collateral and interest to take that as collateral is low or maybe zero.
