There is something in development called Elixer (https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/ann-elixir-elix-crowdfunding-and-e-commerce-with-token-rewards-2144082) that will facilitate loan - lender contracts in the future.

Actually the fact that you need a loan RIGHT NOW is a sign that you cant save and use money in an efficient way, otherwise these 700 dollars were on your bankaccount right now, but either your not working or spending everything....

Thats just bullshit, why paying back in two weeks? Why not earlier, your bank has only a daily withdrawal limit not a two week withdrawal limit....
