This looks like you're after very short term gains, aka "day trading", which is very close to gambling.
Given the current situation, I'rather relax and enjoy the situation standing at the sidelines for some days. And then better go for a solid long term profit, which is enough to pay the exchange fees. Any serious exchange in for the long term needs to deduce fees, and this is perfectly ok.

3. In a year or two check what is current exchange rate is.
