Then stop investing to those coins and only focus with those coins that are already established.

This isn't really a problem for someone that wants to invest in altcoins. You are only scared that you are going to lose because you're not yet ready. Study more about altcoin and the one that will caught your attention, take time to do your research about it.

I don't like buying coins during ICOs, I prefer to buy after they list and the price goes down but I have a problem of investing in the right one that will yield profit because I have seen projects start to misbehave after ICO( listing on a very poor exchange, listing lower than ICO price or stop responding to some investor's questions). How does one know the right project that will yield profit to invest in or does one but gamble with coin or tokens to invest in?

Why you dont like ICO ? If you participate in a real and good ICO, you will get ROI pretty much later. The price goes down because the products still not adopted by mass peoples. You must choose very picky when you want to participate in ICO, otherwise you will spend your money for nothing.
There are some ICO's that good to invest, EOT is. It is a blockchain game network with game products already created.

Ya it happends with many ICO's these days...but if you wanna buy new coins then i suggest you to buy them only from Binance and not other as if a new coin enters there means they are thinking of long term goals and are not scam or shit coins...

First thing to consider is to stop taking advice from strangers  Wink

Anyways, talking about your ask, its a good thing that you are looking out over the new alts which gets listed and go down post the listing dump to buy on a cheaper rate, in the current market scenario its a good move. Now what do you need to look out for:

1. Lookout for coins with strong fundamentals first, forget about the price/volume/etc, look out what they want to achieve with the coin, what are the fundamentals behind it.

2. Once you have selected your token with strong fundamental, go and check about the team, there credentials on linkedin, github, etc, do research to find whether or not the team can deliver of what they are promising.

3. Once you are done with both steps, now is one major thing you need to understand: The token metrics, check the big holders, look out if they are dumping on every price pump or are the tokens locked for them over a long period of time, it will make sure that once you buy, the big holders bags are still locked and they cant dump on you.

There are more steps to follow, but I guess for the starting it should help.  Smiley

The prospective coins of this year include:
Bitcoin Cash;
Cardano;
Litecoin;
TRON;
Monero.
But for their growth, powerful positive factors are needed: the development of the ecosystem and the solution of other problems, the release of new versions of the working product, the introduction of rational market regulation, increased demand, and much more.

You are doing everything right, this is a good way to minimize risks during investing in ICO. In order to choose a good project, always watch the project team, after completing the ICO and if there is a contact with the team if their Telegram group is active and their social pages are active, then this is the first sign that the project deserves attention, but if it is not, pass by.

yes the timing is right. bounty hunters dumps their bounty to take their part and it will definitely collapse the price of that certain coin to the extent that it is lower than the discount from early buyers. but good investor is not affected by those dumps instead patiently waiting for their turn.

I will advise you go to coin market cap and look for coins that are top 200 and research on the coins that are infrastructure coins, infrastructure coins are good for long term investment also do your own research, don't follow people opinion,
lol you have been doing something wrong by suggesting the people about that, honestly there was a lot of inftastructure coins and that's really enough for us. We don't need the scalability but we need more adoption by the more mainstream companies in the future. This become the main problem.

It is difficult to determine whether or not a project is good, need detailed checks for investment. Some ico projects are having problems when the ico toxic price finishes drastically, but of course there are those who can survive, it all depends on the demand.
For long-term investment, I am currently entrusted to ethereum.

I think there are a lot of options we can do to start investing, because we all know that at this time almost all altcoin prices even Bitcoin prices also decreased, so in my opinion, would be safer and better if we invest in Bitcoin or Ethereum, because both have relatively more stable prices

Always do your own research and trust your own instincts. Some people can shill coins, and make them seem like the best new thing in the world. You can't let yourself get caught up and excited by a project only based off what people or a person says.  Do your own research, make a pros and cons list. And invest in projects you like. Be interested in what the coin does and have it be in a field that interests you.

When the market is down that time it is a very normal matter that Coin goes down when they listed in an exchange. After listing in any exchange bounty hunters and presale investors sells their coin at a cheap rate. That's why coin price goes under ICO rate. Crypto market is not doing well, everyday Ups and downs keep happening, So, Until the bitcoin hit again 15K USD, Maximum altcoin, ICO coin will remain under ICO rate, No doubt. Many great ICO projects are facing this problem too. So, you are not in the wrong way, And I don't have any idea to find a project that can go higher price than ICO price at this bad situation of the crypto.

So, better to buy coins when the bounty hunters and presale investors sell.

Hey, if all investors thought the same thing with you, all ICOs would be failed because they won't raise enough funds in ICO.
Investors need to buy it directly from ICO. If they want to buy more cheaper in the market, they just need to buy half amount.

Investment is an individual decision, Market Volatile, anything can happen at any given time, market may goes up and goes down any time on the trading market, all ALT coin are posted on the market, You check all the information on all coins, do your home work, it is always an individual decision on investment, the degree of risk is just the same to the amount you put in for specific coins.

If you invest in altcoins, then this time should focus on the top potential coins like EOS, LTC, ADA, XRP. These cryptos should only be short-term investments within 2-3 months. And to avoid losses, invest only when the exchange rate is low. Be sure to consult with your friends or team before investing.

Yes! Sometimes it is not good to purchase token in the ICO when private and public sale are available although when you are looking for a lower price or value of a token. So that most of the investors and traders are prefer to buy the token that they want to keep or hold when it is on the exchange because sometimes it has have a regulated prices rather than on ICO's price.

Well obviously many ICO tokens start to go down in terms of price and the projects themselves do too as soon as they go on exchange, now the reason for that is because many people who invest a mot during pre-sale and the launch exchange their tokens for some profit, even if projects are good they seem to lose the hype and the popularity as soon as they launch, so what i recommend doing is to invest in ICOs on their pre-sales, and if they are good and popular their price will go up up until they launch, and then you can keep an eye on the price and based on it you can either hold them a bit longer or exchange them.

I believe that during this time when the market has shown signs of recovery, ICO investment is still an effective investment channel that investors can participate safely.

If you need good altcoins to invest in so I think you just need to find them out on top 50 or 20 on coinmarketcap.com. There are so many choices for you to invest in but I'm afraid that you don't have enough money to invest in all of them. LOL. How about NEO, XLM, CS (Credits)? We are not experts to give you investment advice but I could suggest you to take a look at TRX with low price and high market cap.
I think investing in altcoin should see the concept and team behind it and have good potential in the future, and look at coinmarketcap when the price below ico is a good time to invest.
When the price is below the ICO price that is not a good time to invest because a coin should never go below the ICO price Cheesy If they do then it is most likely a scam, Their team would take the money and spend it for something other than developing the coin to make a profit for investors.
You can see the progress of the project. If the project is good and in accordance with the roadmap, you can invest there. I recommend to invest in essentia (ESS) because of good vision and good concept.
Could you give us more information about ESS? Good vision and good concept is all we do Cheesy

Join the community of the project/altcoin you are investing in and see to it that the team is active and they communicate properly to their investors and members. They can answer questions related to the development of the project and not just all about exchange and exciting news. It would even be better if they have a weekly update of the project because investors would be happy then and maybe wouldn't sell but buy more if they know that the team is following the roadmap.

Well there's no harm doing this but it'll leave you out of those possible opportunities. Don't get me wrong, i know participating in an ico is very risky and is somewhat like a gamble. But that's what everything is, everything in crypto as well as in life is a gamble.

There are multiple ways on knowing if the new altcoin is profitable in the long run, it is the same as when you are doing research and evaluation in buying coins during ICO by checking the whitepaper and road map of the project and verifying if it is aligned to what they are planning to do along with investigating the managements and heads of the company that they represent, also verifying the community if it has positive feedback is important. I would also suggest to you that you diversify your investments instead of going all in a new altcoin as it will lessen your risks.

Firstly,it is good you know ICO coins now adays mess up after the end of the ICO. For altcoins already on the market you may want to look out for coins that have been listed on several exchanges for a high liquidity.Then you want to also look for coins with real world uses and not some fancy idea yet to be developed into something.Lastly,the team matters most and you should make sure the teams of the coins you buy are solid enough to make the coin remain strong or rise higher.

I will try to vote kickcoin it's still undervalued right now. if you are seeing about it will give you monthly emission that has already explained in the kick's blog. Another choice just like remme, eidoo and many more. But kickcoin still being the best choice for you consider it was offering a very big emission for everyone who holds it
Kickcoin? What's with that thing?  The best time to buy is when coins are down and if the price is half the price of ICO. Consider it as a good coins to invest.
You can take profit anytime you want but please don't be a panic seller. I suggest to buy loyalcoin, Pundi X and Proxima X

Ethereum is the long term supportive investment so if you buy know it will raise 2x present on end of the year. But majority of the investors are maintain to Bitcoin investment. All altcoins growth is depends on supply demand so we should buy good platform we will expect good profit. You must analyse your own then invest to best platform.

The cryptocurrency market is more special than the traditional market at points that are always affected by the news. So, if Bitcoin has fallen, or if you suddenly rise, do not panic. Stay calm and review the market because there are still a lot of better altcoin in the market and you can completely invest in those altcoin to get great returns.

I will try to vote kickcoin it's still undervalued right now. if you are seeing about it will give you monthly emission that has already explained in the kick's blog. Another choice just like remme, eidoo and many more. But kickcoin still being the best choice for you consider it was offering a very big emission for everyone who holds it
