Besides, I wonder who offers anonymous debit cards with no way of catching a user who hides behind anonymity to commit terrible crime. Those with Safe Anonymity will be ideal... meaning you can be anonymous with the cards but when you do something bad, you can be caught and de-anonimized

I tend to agree with this, you can partially being anonymous but not completely being anonymous.
Because when we're using virtual cards, you can just make up a fictitious name and address for the card holder or even your phone number which not completely anonymous.

Totally anonymous payment system? I think using crypto is the perfect answer being having full anonymity and then use a crypto mixer service to clean your coin and transfer it into your main digital wallet. Whereas presumably, all debit cards aren't completely anonymous.

Not completely true! The Bitnovo card is „pseudonymous“, what means you have to give some data „Name, DOB, address,…) to use it up to 2500€ per year. But there is no need to verify this data with documents.
So „alernative data“ is working perfect. Wink

In general, if the site that accepts these cards does not ask for Age verification or is linked to banking services, then most likely you can use anonymous cards.
Otherwise, all cards must be KYC checked, at least your ID card.

AdvCash used to ask for KYC ("passport info"). You can ask on their thread though. Advacash, if it's not a typo, I never heard of though.
There is a huge list of crypto cards, but I don't think that any of those is anonymous.

So, yeah, look in services, there are some very few offers of anonymous cards, but those are usually expensive (obviously) and imho also rather shady (I expect that they are on some 3rd party's name, so VISA/MC doesn't complain), hence you most probably won't find proper reviews for them. Unfortunately this also means that you can (easily) get scammed too (no matter you buy from this forum or elsewhere).
