In this transaction we don't need currency conversion - we both have EUR accounts.
Transaction was sended as Friends.. so is extreamly difficult to do charge back - especially for 7 euros.

cashfairy on bitcointalk have only Jr.Member rank, but he proove me his VERY GOOD reputation on other forum.

So as i good remember goods&services can be charge back. Family&friends is more difficult, someone have to proof that transaction was not authorized (hacked or someone do this transaction in other way without the knowledge of the account holder).

The banks charge their fee for doing this (unless you have a special monthly plan with them that you pay for) so what makes you think paypal won't? Undecided

Yes i need to buy something online, exactly i need 6 euro, but to don't have surprises with fees i ask for 7 euros.
