Posting your Twitter and Telegram handle will give an idea of what niche or interest you are targeting since this is managing a social media account you should give your prospect an idea of what kind of niche they are expecting, I'm sure it includes preparing what to tweet what tags to add and interest they will target to grow the account's followers, people here may even follow you if you post your Twitter handle and find it interesting.

When growing your social media presence confidence is important and confidence is showing it everywhere, where possible.

You should really give some more important information, at least some basics about the business in question, whether it is a start-up or already active. It is also important, apart from Twitter, which other networks would work on. The requirements are not the same for Twitter and TikTok or even forums for example.
It is also very important that you present some expectations and goals that you want to achieve. To start from the beginning and make noticeable results, I think that $100 a week might be a small amount.

What the OP is looking for is not bounty management but bounty hunter with different social media alt accounts who can hype their project on Twitter and Telegram. That's why he/she stated they need a bounty hunter, not a bounty manager.
