There are plent of those cards but if you don't want to do KYC, you will only get a very small deposit limit , like 100$.

Revolut is the only Debit/credit card that fits in EU including both countries in North and AU. If you are living in these countries I think they don't ask for a fee if you are transferring funds inside these countries.
so if you shop in EU and North America and AU you don't need to pay for a fee.

As i understand OP need card that will be possible to top up with cryptocurrency. Revolut still does not provide this option. You can only buy, sell and store cryptocurrencies on their account. They can not be transferred out, nor in to their account.

Those days are gone. A card like that won't ever be easily available again and there weren't many in the first place. Fully verified cards are shrinking in number, let alone anon cards.

Your next best choice is gift cards. I've never been asked to verify for them.

https://giftoff.com  is my main portal but it may not be much use outside the UK.

@VB1001 published just yesterday a post with a list of Bitcoin debit cards. I’ve seen that the list takes you to sites with both Visa and Mastercard based cards. The post with the referenced links is: Tarjetas Débito Bitcoin.

It’s in Spanish, but the links take you to English sites. Check them out to see if any of them avoid going through a sort of KYC as per your interest.

You used to be able to obtain prepaid debit cards in the UK. These were designed for unbanked people, but I don't know how much they will have tighned up on issuing them. You could fund those by obtaining cash through local bitcoins.

You can start by checking this list. The 'can be anon' column should represent whether you'll need to provide personal data or not or also check the virtual ones because you want to simply do online shopping (not that many). As for the countries, cards should work everywhere Visa or MasterCard are accepted, It's only ordering the cards that is limited to certain countries, not using them but as said above, it could be very hard to find something with all your preferences.
Really I didn't know other cards in the list exist and such an ease to everyone who want to have it though I'm afraid how many weeks or months will it be delivered to customers. Anyway, will just check the source of it. Thanks for the heads up!

The Visa and MasterCard are accepted in many countries as I surf in internet for shopping or buying something online but not in bitcoin. Finding site like that would be hard especially if the card you have is restricted in that country and also the bitcoin so you'll be forced to buy online shop in another country.

It's gonna be hard for you to find a card like that. In fact I don't think there's anything like that right now 'cause all cards that I know are restricted to some countries, hence why kyc is really needed. But if you ever find one, it's gonna be with limits for sure.

I need a debit card for online shopping in EU and North America and AU,
but it needs to be funded by bitcoin and no identification when setting up
the cards e.g. passport or DL. With Visa or MasterCard.
Your recommendations appreciated, thanks in advance.
